I would suggest to delete the game sava data and then install the update when you start the game. It will put the original EBOOT in.

On the Home screen, go up on the Game Tab until you see a tab that says Game Data Utility. Open it and find Black Ops 2 in there. Press triangle and press delete. Once you do that, start Black Ops 2 Up again and it will ask you to update. Update and it will give you the original EBOOT again.
