You need to use FTP or transfer the EBOOT via External Storage Device. Below is a link to the EBOOT made by Jewels. It includes Antiban. In order to use a BO2 Mod Menu, you would need to use GSC Studio to inject. You can find a couple mod menus in the second link.

It is a program that injects a selected .gsc file. It is probably the best. I would suggest downloading it.

Can you give me a full step tutorial on what to do with everythink i download?

First, I would download GSC Studio from the link. Then, I would download FileZilla. Just Google it for that. After, I would go to Settings, System settings, go to the second last one and look at your IP. Memorize that. I would download my preferred EBOOT from Jewels. Then, I would go to Multiman on the PS3, and got to settings, then make sure that FTP Service is Enabled, no TO. Quit Multiman, then start it again. Open FileZilla, type in the IP that you memorized in the host box. Then, it should give you the Internal HDD files on the PS3 in the second bar. Navigate to hdd_0, click on the game tab, navigate to either BLUS31011 or BLES01717, then go to PS3_GAME, then go to USRDIR, and drag the downloaded EBOOT in to that section, it should say would you like to overwrite, then click yes and you will see a percentage bar completing at the bottom. Once you have finished the FTP, you can go to the BO2 GSC Mods and Scrips and find a mod menu that works well. I would suggest Bossam V3 as it is very stable and free. Once you have downloaded the file, extract it Via Winrar. That folder that came out, drag it into Documents/Black Ops 2 GSC Studio/Projects. The folder should be in the Projects folder. After that is done, go to BO2 Custom Games (if you are unbanned) or BO2 Lan Party (if you are banned). You must also download CCAPI by Enstone. I will link it below. Once you have downloaded CCAPI, go through the installation process and when it opens up, go to file, add new console, name it anything, then type that PS3 IP you memorized. Then hit Ok. After that is done, you can exit out of CCAPI. Open GSC Studio, then hit Connect --> PS3 --> CCAPI, then select the PS3 you added. It should say Connected and Attached. After that, Go to Editor, Inject a Compiled Script File, change location, and go to Documents/Black Ops 2 GSC Studio/Projects/Bossam V3 Black Ops 2 Mod Menu/PS3 & Xbox/maps/mp. Select the folder mp. It should say _development_dvars.gsc. Select it and click add to Inject List. It should say Injecting, after a couple seconds, it will say Injecting done. After that, you can start the game and Knife and Aim at the same time to pull up the menu. Press X to select something and Square to go back. Enjoy!
