That happens to me on gta5 but for bo2 it does not

I am thinking it is just being slow.

Restore the database of your console. That usually helps the constant console lag for me.

Also try resetting your router and deleting the updates for BO2 and reinstalling them

Found out it was the eboot thanks anyways guys
