Approx 80% of all Sprx on BO2 are DEX only, I recommend you convert to DEX and use an EBOOT builder, adding what you need to it.

EDIT : If you really can't/don't want to switch to DEX, let me know what region of BO2 you use, and I'll make you a CEX EBOOT.
