it happened right after i gave someone a recovery

i have gotten this it is a very easy fix all you have to do is resign the trophies, you can do so by just clicking on your account name on xmb and waiting for it to load. Please tell me of it doesnt work ill help you out.

This problem has happened to another user as well. Two things will significantly help this problem. Resync your trophy case and rebuild your database.

i forgot the name in the 1st comment but just resync them that should do the job.
