I deleted game saved data and reinstalled 1.19 and tried installing a different modified eboot but I still get stuck trying to connect, and everytime I quite the game it restarts my system..Not sure what the problem is any help would be appreciated..

When you get to the Multiplayer menu wait until you can see the store pop up before clicking play online. Sign in at the xmb so when you get there it starts to load.
