Go to windows update install all update then download net framework 4.5 should fix it I used to have same problem

Hi, whenever i try to open the Black Ops 2 - GSC Studio it doesn't do nothing :? When i double click it, it goes to load and then does nothing....? Any help.

This happens to me too. It happens to be under all of the browsers and programs open. Just minimize everything till you get to the desktop. If that doesn't work, make sure that your Antivirus isn't blocking it.

McAfee blocks everything. I would use a different Antivirus. Either disable it or remove it, McAfee and Norton are not very good.
