Right click > Properties > Run compatibility mode > Check box then select from the drop down menu Windows xp service pack 3 then click apply. Run as admin and this should resolve your problem

Try this.
1.Uninstall GSC Studio
2. Navigate to the folder C: \Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local
3. Delete the folder in local named iMCS_Productions
4. Install Black ops 2 GSC Studio again
5. Should work now just open it!

Now run in compatibility mode again, sorry i should of added.

:/ Thats odd. DId you delete the files related to your previous installation? Go to %appdata and look for any files related to gsc studio and delete and go to document and delete gsc studio folder.
