To force host and find games fast you need OPEN NAT type and a pretty good bandwidth. Do u have that?

Yeah to stream you have to have a real high bandwidth. You bandwidth is you upload, my upload is around 0.90 witch is a 900 bandwidth. On BO2 you can go to options and click the select button and it will have internet connection details where you can view your bandwidth.

Well that's the problem. Your connection is probably not good enough.
