Not disk problem re-installing works. Had same problem.

The EBOOT with desire engine is pretty bad, I recommend resigning a better EBOOT to the menu.

It's because you turn on effects the eboot already had, say the eboot has uav already turned on by default, you turn it on from the menu too it'll overlap the codes. meaning you'll freeze. Don't turn on anything from main menu except anti-freeze. And use enemy esp and toodle bonus. It should be fine. No need to delete or whatnot
