Keep in mind it is against the rules to link DLC content on ngu.

Any EBOOT will work, there wont just be one on ngu because it has to be risigned to that menu itself. You have to use an EBOOT resigner to resign the EBOOT to the sprx.

Yes I know but I don't have a computer to resign it. And I bet someone here has an sprx menu and an eboot resigned for cex.

The Eboot has to be resigned to the menu. Here's a tut on how to make your own eboot to a specific [SPRX]

There are not many sprx menu's, i recommend using GSC menu's in stead. GSC means "Game Script Coding" and is a lot faster than sprx as it edits the game coding on the spot on the injection.

Sprx is not a big thing on Black Ops 2.

Yeah but I don't have a access to a computer I had gsc menus before I need sprx because I don't have a computer if I did I would not be asking for help

Well for sprx you will still need a computer? You will have to download and ftp it over or put it on usb.

No I always transfer stuff from my phone to my ps3 using my phones mass storage or FTP server on file managers its pretty cool

Oh ok, yeah sprx is not a big thing on Black Ops 2. I know there was one sprx on Black Ops 2 but it was unfinished and was not that good.
