You will get instabanned without an anti ban eboot. There's MANY bo2 eboots with anti ban, so I won't bother to link.

You dont need an anti-ban EBOOT you can always just enable anti-ban on an RTM Tool before you sign in and go on to the game. But it is highly recommended to have an anti-ban EBOOT.
