Do u use antiban eboots? are the cids u get fully private? or shared

The console id's must be shared. That really should not be happening.

You need to put Anti-ban on your Eboot. You will get banned instantly without it.

Are you trying to say that even when you change your console ID, you are still banned?

Maybe you are mac banned not console id, change your mac address.
