Is it freezing maybe because I have the BO2 Advanced Injector in the tmp folder? Or does that not matter, thanks

Yes it would be because you have the advanced injector. Because eboots have to be resigned to the sprx.

Yes, you will have to because with a sprx file the EBOOT has to be resigned to the EBOOT.
