When I am making my RTM tool in visual studio 2015 I add PS3Lib.dll as a refferance and when I try to do the code for "using PS3Lib;" that does not pop up. PLEASE does anybody know how to fix this?

What you mean it doesn't pop up. When you add the reference at the top with all the other using System's and what not you have to manually add "using PS3Lib;".

I know I do but when I type it, Its giving me a error as if I don't have the refferance which I do.

Are you sure you are using the correct PS3Lib. There are dud one's going around. If you have added the reference correctly you should have no problem adding the code for the dll. Try saving it 1st then see if the error is there.

Just go into a tool what you use and get the dll from there. The dll should be 68kb.

Okay The One I Was Using Was 594kb Ill Try The 68kb One And Ill Private Message You If It Works Or Not

The 594kb one is a hacked one, i am pretty sure it gets your account banned.
