That RPC was obviously C#.
You said "cs" yourself. (cs = C Sharp = C#)

It can be made with CCAPI aswell if you use PS3Lib.
It should work fine, tested it myself.

If you want to know how it's done:
just put a breakpoint on Cbuf_AddText.
Then go in a private match and end the game, look at register 4 (r4). It will show you the command.

The rpc is c# I am talking about the end game coding it is c++. I realised after I read the code properly.
