For the EBOOT, I would recommend installing a program called FileZilla. It allows you to transfer files from your computer to your PS3 remotely. It can be downloaded

Extract the EBOOT into a folder onto your Desktop. Next, go on your PS3 and go to Settings. Go to System Settings and click on the second to last one. One of them should say IP Address. It will start with 192.168. Remember all of those numbers. Next, go on Rebug Toolbox and just sit there. When you are on Rebug Toolbox, it will allow FTP to be established. (File Transfer Protocol) Open FileZilla, and where it says Host: Put the 192.168.x.xx. Then simply press Connect. In the second box, it will show dev_xxxx. Navigate to dev_hdd0, then go to game, then go to BLUS31011, and go to USRDIR. Now drag the EBOOT.BIN from your desktop and drag it into the box. It will bring up a box, make sure it is selected overwrite, and press okay. Wait for it to finish, you can see the progress on the bottom. If you don't have a USB, you can also send packages to be installed via FTP. Take the .pkg file and make sure it is extracted from the .RAR file. Press the ... all the way at the top to go back. Go all the way back to the dev_xxxx. Go to dev_hdd0 again, then go to the folder called packages. In there, just drop the .pkg file that was in the CCAPI below. That's it. Now follow the rest of the guide.
Next, you would need to have CCAPI setup. You need to download it on your PC and your PS3. Here is the link to the thread.

Go to the PC Folder next and go through the installation. On your desktop, you should have a program called ControlConsole API, open it. Go to file, and add a new console. You can name it whatever. For the IP, put the 192.168.x.xx. Then press okay. Right click on it and press connect to make sure that it can connect properly. If it does connect, you can just exit out of the CCAPI. Now, all you need is a RTM Tool. I would recommend Geo & Beast's RTM Tool. It can be found

Now, start BO2 and open the RTM Tool. Select CCAPI and press Connect, a box will come up and just select the console. It will give you a message that you have successfully connected with this API: Control Console. You will also hear a beep from your PS3. Once the game is on the MP home screen (not signed in), press Attach, then press Antiban. Now press the home button and sign in through the XMB, and that's it!
