Try changing your display settings to 720p it might work, but i hope he sorts out this stupid server

To be honest Desire Engine is a very bad service and would recommend no one to buy it. Heaps of people have problems with the menu and are always posting the issues on NGU. If you ever need help make sure to try and contact the creator of the menu 1st.
