You have to be host in order to use it online.

Make sure you're host when joing a public match as the top user said. Also inject whilst you're on your own in a party.

I usually inject when im host. Make sure you have some form of Force Host on if you're going to play online because you have to be host for it to work.

Remember you have to be host for them to work in public matches. Most gsc menus have force host in them. Go into a custom game and enable force host then go online. And also make sure you have a open nat type or you won't get many people joining you

how know my nat is openned or clossed

NAT type comes in Moderate, Strict or OPEN. When you are in a lobby it will just say NAT at the bottom of the screen.
