Yes there rank is already set to 5th prestige and cant be changed it has to be a fresh account level 1 cause since they have gotten to 5th prestise it cant be modifide cause its in the server.

U need to do Reset All Stats then play a game back out do the recovery again play an game then ur done!

Reset the account before doing the Recovery.Then after that it should work

make sure you play a couple of games to make the rank stick and spend some tokens and make some classes and stuff as well
