Might be an EBOOT problem, which has usually been the case for me with freezing issues. Try deleting the Black Ops 2 game data utility then reinstalling the update. Before you go online, grab the You must login or register to view this content. or customize your own with my You must login or register to view this content.. Make sure it has Anti-Ban and then head online and tell me how it goes.

You get this sometime when the account is banned. Make a new account and let me know how it goes.

ps3 the antiban eboots on this site no longer work.

it was a new account and wasn't banned I changed my mac address and everything it seems the eboots no longer work

Doesn't matter if it was a new account it still may of been banned. Have you tried making a new one after? Please let me know how you go.
