You need to sign in through the XMB. Once you reach the multiplayer menu, press the home button and sign in through there every time. It is the only way to fix this.

Thank you so much for the fast reply, I'll try it in like 25 mints when im back home from my job. Again I simply can't thank you enough for the fast response, I really tried everything, I even installed/copied the game 3 times.

Okay, so once it says Play Online in MP Menu, press home button and then go to Account Management and then press sign in through there and then press home button again to exit and then you can press Play Online.
