My nat type is open and ffa does not work either, could anyone suggest a good rtm tool that will work with dex ccapi that got super force host (if thats even a thing) or a really good force host

It's Your internet and possibly the mods on the menu causing you to lag out(Unless you don't get to use any mods and lag out straight away). Try do what iDMiS said, or try a new menu. :p
