Are you signing in when you load bo2 or when your at the "play online" screen

Have you tried making a new account? the account may be banned on Black Ops 2 which is causing it to freeze as soon as you get to the multiplayer menu as soon as you sign in.

its bc he didnt insall the game to his ps3 right hes missing some files i went through the same shit re torrent the game from a diff website u got yours and try again. if it didnt work add me on skype bymyxa ill hep you

ive made new accounts done all that ive got the disk and ive reinstalled the disc a hundred times it works in my brothers ps3 just not mine

and ive tried signing in at the xmb then loading up bo2 as well as signing in at the multiplayer screen and nothing

try a new eboot, this was happening to me and i just tried a new eboot today and now it works

signin @XMB then go in the game wait a few secs something will pop up (my game is in polish idk what it says) then go online it should work that way
