At the end of the day it's your money so it's your call but personally i couldn't say enough good things about NGU so if you're looking at getting an ELITE membership i would recommend it, plus if you mod you can open up recovery shops and make some money too once you're ELITE so like i said it's your call but i would get it if i was you
