Thread has been moved to Black Ops 2 Modding Questions as it is a Black Ops 2 Modding Related Question.

You can just delete game data utility and then reinstall the updates to get the original EBOOT back.

Delete the 1.19 update and re download it

The game doesnt show in the game data utility because i never oepened the game with out it giving me a error
