Why buy it you can get it for free? Or get a disk?

You need to re-install the file,
Use a Rap file to make it a full game.
The one you have may be damage look for another or get a disk version (ISO file)

I don't recommend to use the Black Ops 2 version from the psn store. I recommend to copy the game disk to the hdd using multiman.
