Black Ops 2 is loaded on to my hard drive.

Black Ops 2 is selected through irisman

The game is extremely slow at the page where it displays a still image of the map I am about to play. Where at the bottom, it says, waiting for players, awaiting textures, etc.

This is not a wifi issue, every game I play is a 4 bar connection. I do not disconnect from any games that I play.

When I join the game, 40-50 seconds already had gone by, every single game.

I have already tried downloading the textures to my hard drive (which took an hour) and there was no noticeable difference.

Any ideas on increasing the speed for the load time of every match would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the link, I have downloaded the file. Do you have any links to instructions on how to correctly place the file in to my system?

After much blood, sweat, and tears, the problem remains unsolved. Oh well.

I am finding it hard to think what the problem is because how spaced out the thread is, can you explain a little bit better please?

Map loading time is currently taking about 1 minute each game. The game is beginning to disconnect at the map loading screen as of a few days ago. Everything seems to be gradually getting worse.

I have tried the all the suggestions given to me so far in the thread. There were a couple other possible solutions but those didn't work out either such as opening my NAT, safe mode options, as well as installing textures.

Have you tried deleting game data utility and reinstalling the updates?
