could it possibly be because i converted the map packs from Blus To My region? because i just did that and i have been temp banned but last night i was on bo2 i never got banned i even turned off my ps3 and went back on it and i wasnt banned.

I would ask some of the people in the Black Ops Section that do recoveries. Could it be that you might have not added protection before logging on, I'm too sure of this. I've never heard of people facing this problem.
