Make sure you don't just have the DEBUG-Eboot. i'm DEX-ITA here and i don't have that problem.. Are you using SPRX/CCAPI-RTM/TMAPI? If all false, switch EBOOT or there a tutorial on how to Decrypt your EBOOT and Encrypt back so you can just but in the offset-bypass and there you go.. Good luck.

nothing with your eboot, If you modded your account that's why it's banned. They still ban modded accounts on an odd occasion. If it was because of your eboot it would have been a perm account ban
