This tool is 1.18,if anyone can please do it. Ive been searching for another tool just like it and most of them arent finished or dont seem to work. If this is a very easy fix should I try to learn coding and try to fix it myself?

1.19 has been out for longer than that. This RTM is old, he needs to update to be able to connect with BO2 1.19 update.
