Hey, I am on 4.75 rebug dex
and I was about to play bo2 but forgot I didn't have
a dex eboot, do I use a debug eboot or just use a normal
BLES01717 eboot??

You can use a CEX/DEX eboot on a dex ps3.
But do NOT use a "normal" eboot, your account will be banned instantly.
There are eboots with Anti-ban
