I have installed geos rtm tool and envys rtm tool. once I download the rar or zip file it lets me go to it but when I click on the rtm tool. it does not opne. could someone please tell me what the issue may be and how too fix it. I have mcafee as my antivirus

McAfee is not a very good Antivirus. It pretty much blocks everything thinking it is a virus. I would uninstall it then take the .exe and the .dll files in there and put that in a new folder on your Desktop. Then, run the tool as an Administrator and see if that works
