Go into the Recovery Menu and Rebuild the Database.

You should have download the DLC in pkg format from the internet but my best guess is that you are banned. Try copying it to your hard drive and run through Multiman/webman.

He's not banned. If he was, he would've froze when he attempted to press Play Online. He can't even get to that screen. He freezes at the startup where the Treyarch logo is loading. It must be something with his system if he can run it on his other CFW.

The only thing I can think of now is using a fix but like you said it's a CFW issue.

Oh! I totally forgot about that. There is a freeze fix! It's been bothering me that I couldn't figure out why he has been freezing.
