I tryed dragging and dropping from my android phone to my pc thru usb cabble if that helps any please someone help asap this is really starting to get to me iv been trying for hrs now and csny get around this

Ohh ok yess i do thanks i fixed the problem. It was that i didnt have .netFRAMEWORK 4.6 INSTALLED instead i had 4.5 not knowing rtms only work on 4.6
