Idk about SPRX but EBOOT's are easy to make specially with EBOOT builders like NvZ and Chris's EBOOT builders. Since you want it to load an SPRX i suggest you use NzV's EBOOT builder, has SPRX loader built into the program and you can add mods to the .xml

Making a sprx is not what you think. It is really hard work. To make an sprx you need to know how to program in C++.
