Post: PS3 freeze when I start match after injecting - BO2

I know how to inject a mod menu and I have do it many times. but randomly a day it didnt work anymore. what should I do? when I start the match after injecting its freeze my ps3. I get a white small box down in left cornor.
This is how I inject and It worked before.
start the private match (im host)
inject the mod menu
end the match, then start the match
then my ps3 freeze.
is it my eboot? my ps3 jailbreak messed up?
please help. thanks <3

Have You Made Sure You have Compiled It?
NOTE: Some Menu's Only Work in GSC Studio + Using Another GSC Injector May Cause a Freeze Upon Starting the Game.

Try injecting in the pre-game lobby.

If you are using GSC studio you will need to inject in the pre game lobby.
