When you say'some kind of LTS' I'm going to assume that you mean a tool for BO2. If that is what you meant then yes there are plenty of tools which you can choose from. To find them just navigate to the modding tools section of BO2 forums. If however you mean a menu for BO2, then look under the GSC section of the BO2 forums.
