It can be the eboot, you might want to get a different eboot or Delete the save file for bo2 & re-install everything.

Also you need a fix pkg file, maybe that may be another reason.

An eboot can affect it? i have the fix.....

Yeah have you tried another EBOOT?

I dont know what other eboots to try

Try it with your original EBOOT by deleting the update and reinstalling it.

Usually it is the Eboot because the EBOOT is what is used to start up the game.
Usually when someone restarts there game files to original, they would be set straight. Once the Eboot is changed it can make the game not load or freeze.
But thats if the Eboot doesn't work.

Re-install the game files & open the game.

Re-install the DLC pkg files, then install the FIX pkg files. It should then work, you would have all maps or whichever you wanted.
