Are you on Cex or Dex?
Is the eboot you're trying to use the same region as your game?

You're gonna have to delete the game save data, re-install the updates & dlc (WITH FIX), then switch eboots.
This way the original eboot gets over written when you have the dlc added & afterward your modded eboots will have no problem.

Make sure you installed the correct region PKGs and make sure you installed the Fix AFTER you have installed the DLCs and if you're on DEX use a Debug EBOOT. This might fix you're problem.
