Are you on DEX? Do you turn on anti-ban on tools also? Try using PSNinja and PSNpatch

yes, i'm on 4.75 DEX. Ive downloaded PSNpatch and PSNinja from homebrew and ive tested them out, but i still end up getting banned

Have you tried using B777x EBOOT?
