Upon doing the test for internet connection on ps3, after checking the NAT type (it is 2 ) it says the router might not support ip fragmentation. Gta online works without fail. So i dont know what to do.

You need to remove the save data & re-update it. The 1.19 pkg file must be what is messing it up.
You can delete the save game data, go to multiman & update it.
