But thing is, my ps3 froze, I have B777x which has anti-freeze.
Once I signed back in, after a hard restart; I couldn't connect into the BO2 server.

After a while, I am now permanently account banned from bo2, is it the players fault or was I just unfortunately caught by BO2?

It was just timing in my opinion :p bans happen randomly its not possible for someone to ban you just by being in your lobby
