(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi whenever I load B02 on the main menu it freezes for a bit then goes into this refresh loop then it says that the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Services are down and when I click anything or try to go to the XMB menu it freezes then does the same thing I just explained which is the refresh loop then the COD BO2 message. I already changed the eboot and that seemed to not have fixed it. Maybe I might have to delete the Game Data?

delete the 1.19 update and install again. make sure u sign in thru xmb and not the bo2 menu when it prompts you too, and just keep trying eboots and stuff
