You need to have either CCAPI or TMAPI setup. Do you have any of them setup?

I have tryed download game into multiman and I have to ebort half way through because I have no storage free space. I tryed format and clearing game cache. Still says 31gb out of 35

If it aborts, it means the CD is not clean. Try cleaning it then putting it back in the PS3.

yeah, well I couldn't get it so I copied ghosts heck I cant play it cause when iload game screen stays black

Make sure BD Mirror and Internal is checked in Multiman.

I load my game threw iris man tho I also tried loading threw multiman. Stay black
