No, you cannot. You will need a JTAG/RGH Xbox 360.

I have no idea what you're saying. You cannot hack the game without an RGH/JTAG Xbox 360.

No, it is not. It is a separate console. You will need to buy a separate Xbox 360, and it has to be JTAG/RGH in order for you to be able to mod Black Ops 2.

Yeah, I have an Xbox 360, but I do not understand is that JTAG / RGH, is a program that I have to download from the computer and put it in my xbox girders of a usb?

No. A JTAG/RGH is a SEPARATE console. You will end up having 2 Xbox 360's.
