Post: Black Ops 2 Freezing With Mod Menus

For the past 6 months I have been modding Black ops 2 using gsc's,Sprx menus,Eboots and Modded .selfs, and for all this time I always had a freezing problem with alot of menus, for about %75 freeze after i do certain things.
The thing I found most strange, was when it freezes, in the bottom left corner a box with smaller boxes would show up for about 0.5 of a second and then dissapear?
I have been told this is because of using a modded .Self file but i have removed my modded one and replaced it with the original one, and no change has occured.
Any help would be appreciated on fixing this.
P.s - I'm using a modded Eboot to load the SPRX injector.

Try updating the game, this will replace all files with the original ones. Then only use and EBOOT and a menu, no modded selfs.

It hasn't really fixed the problem but now when it freezes it doesn't display the little box in the bottom left.
I think it's just some dodgy mod menus or a scratched disk.
