If you're asking how to put it on since it's a .sprx you load up FileZilla. In addition, you enable your PS3's IP > dev_hdd0 > tmp > drag and drop the sprx in there. Now, load up the game and open it how all sprx's open with.

He's asking how to modify his sprx to include pop up text, not to install it on his PS3.
