But on Speed Hack I accidentally did something and I can activate it as non host... Apparently it effects everyone in the game. It doesnt let you move or anything but its super speed? Weird Any thoughts?

Nah its just a bug in the game not a mod

It's just an infection, you can go to the main menus and it'll go away
