It is possible because a guy named BullyWiiPlaza has one, and he has youtube channel to prove it called BullyWiiPlaza. I've even been in some of his lobbies. I can run the Wii U exploit, which is pretty much a jailbreak but you have to run it everytime you turn on the Wii U. I also dumped the entire game, and theres a program called cafiine which you can use for Wii U game file replacement. I just don't know what to do next which is why I need some help.
